Harmonious with Nature, Meaningful with Humanity
For Seher Ayral, sustainable development is not only about environmentally compatible production, but also a holistic approach that takes into account cultural, social and economic values. This approach focuses on respecting nature, supporting women and keeping cultural memory alive in the life cycle of each piece.

Environmental Sustainability
Natural and Recyclable Materials: The raw materials of our products are mostly natural fibers (linen, cotton, bamboo). The use of synthetics is minimized; recyclable ones are preferred when available.
Waste-free Production Model: Small fabric pieces that come out during the cutting and production of products are used in the design of other products. Waste is reduced and recycled as much as possible.
Energy Efficiency: The equipment used in our workshop is selected in accordance with energy saving. The production process is carefully planned to prevent unnecessary consumption.
Social Sustainability
Women's Labor: Our entire production process is shaped by the wisdom and labor of women craftsmen. One of our fundamental principles is to offer them not just a job but a sustainable income model. We have established a structure that supports their empowerment not only economically but also socially.
Local Production: Production is carried out in local workshops, not in large factories, with one-to-one relationships. In this way, both the local economy is contributed to and an ethical working environment is preserved.
Long-Lasting Design: Instead of rapid consumption, we support an approach that encourages designs that resist time and buy less and use for many years.
Cultural Sustainability
Traditional Techniques: We continue a production language in which Turkish handicrafts (knitting, needle lace, cross-stitch, wire breaking, etc.) are reinterpreted with modern design. These techniques are not only preserved but also carried into daily life.
Memory Carrier: Each piece is not just an aesthetic object; it is a part of a story extending from the past to the future. With the motto “There is a Future in My Chest”, we position the products as a means of cultural transmission.
Economic Sustainability
Limited Edition: Each collection is produced in small batches. Overproduction is avoided and excess stock is not created. This prevents economic waste and makes the product special.
Repair and Recycling: We ensure that our customers can use the same product for many years with repair and recycling services that will extend the life of the products.
Education, Awareness and Participation
Workshop Experience: By opening the doors of the production process, we strengthen the bond between the consumer and the product.
Transparency: We share which product is produced where, how it was produced; which materials were used – as openly as possible.
Awareness: As a brand, we not only produce, but also produce content that supports sustainable living through social media and events.
