SEHER AYRAL brand is a workshop, training center and sales gallery founded in 1989 under the title of Gallery Handicrafts by retired teacher Seher Ayral, who is an educator, collector, designer, producer and female entrepreneur.

DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING FEES FOR THE PRODUCTS I PURCHASED?
There is no shipping fee for the products you purchase from SEHERAYRAL.COM to our valued customers within the borders of Türkiye.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE PRODUCTS I PURCHASED?
Many products on SEHERAYRAL.COM are unique. These products, offered to you with the specified production model, have a unique design, size/measurement, and stock, and therefore cannot be exchanged. However, some of our products in certain categories may require a specific model/color/size selection, allowing for changes. Therefore, we ask that you be mindful of this when purchasing products and submit your change requests through the system or by contacting us, depending on the production model and stock status.
I WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT I PURCHASED; WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Unfortunately, due to systemic changes, it is not possible to return items purchased from auctions or antiques. Furthermore, items specifically designed and manufactured for you and/or purchased through special orders cannot be returned.
You can return products purchased from other categories, provided they are unused and in good resalable condition. Returned products must have undamaged labels and be returned complete.
You must complete the return form and return your order within 30 (thirty) days of receipt, along with the product(s) and invoice. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you with a full refund.
For returns, you will need to cover the shipping costs.
When your return shipment reaches us, you will be notified via e-mail and SMS.
After our company checks the compliance of the returned products with the return conditions, refunds for accepted return requests will be transferred to the bank via EFT/money transfer or credit card, depending on the type of payment you made, within 10 (ten) business days.
The refund process for your credit card depends on your bank. It can take up to two weeks on average for the funds transferred to your credit card to be reflected in your bank account.
Since SEHERAYRAL.COM (Seher Ayral) is not responsible for the process after the refunded amount is transferred to the bank for purchases made by credit card, we do not have the right or opportunity to intervene in any problems that may occur.

IF THE PRODUCT I WANT TO BUY IS SOLD OUT, IS THERE A POSSIBILITY IT WILL BE ON SALE AGAIN?
Many of the products featured on SEHERAYRAL.COM are unique and are unlikely to be resold once sold out. However, some of our products are stocked and may require a selection of styles, colors, and sizes. If you're out of stock, please email info@seherayral.com to inquire. These products are periodically restocked and resold.

Seher Ayral is committed to remanufacturing pre-made products, whether used or not, to meet new needs and trends through a sustainable production model. Delivery times for your orders vary depending on the product's stock availability and the degree of customization. In-stock items typically ship within 3–7 business days. For special orders and personalized customization requests, delivery times may vary from 2–4 weeks depending on the product's production progress.
