Reflecting Kırşehir Culture in Souvenir Design through Modern Embroidery and Illustration Techniques
In Seher Ayral's work, she is referred to as a national artist who reinterprets Anatolia's cultural heritage with a modern design approach, preserves handicrafts, and centers women's labor. It is emphasized that with her works, which combine traditional embroidery and stitching techniques with contemporary aesthetics, she brings traditional handicrafts from the past into modern living spaces; and at the same time, she supports women's participation in production and the economy through social responsibility projects.
