Shipping Processes

Shipping Fee
The first shipping fee is covered by the seller, regardless of the amount of the order.
In case of return, the shipping fee will have to be covered by the buyer.

Shipping Time
In-stock items will be shipped within 3-7 business days after purchase.
Custom designs and special orders are subject to a different shipping time. This timeframe will be agreed upon between the buyer and seller.

Delivery Time
The buyer cannot delay delivery or collection.
Cargo and delivery services are provided through third-party logistics companies.

Liability and Damages
The seller has no control over the delivery time after the products are shipped and cannot be held responsible for delays or damage caused by the courier company.
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the products upon delivery. In the event of damage or missing items, a report must be filed with the courier; otherwise, claims for damage occurring after delivery will not be accepted.
Buyer accepts all responsibility once product is received.

International Trade
The seller assumes responsibility for compliance with international trade and import laws. The buyer cannot hold the seller responsible for products that do not comply with local laws.

Information Accuracy
The Buyer warrants that the information provided when placing an order through the website is accurate and complete. The Buyer will be responsible for any problems that arise if inaccurate information is provided.

Return Process
When the return shipment reaches the seller, the buyer will be notified via e-mail and/or SMS.
