Return Conditions
SEHERAYRAL.COM RETURN CONDITIONS
The buyer has the right to withdraw without giving any reason within 7 (seven) days from the delivery of the contracted product to them or to the person/entity at the address they provide. However, items purchased through auctions held on seherayral.com, antique items, personalized designs, and special orders are excluded from this scope. Purchases within this scope are not subject to any exchange or return; the buyer accepts these terms and conditions and completes the purchase.
Products in stock will ship within 3 to 7 business days of purchase. Custom-designed and special-order items will require a different shipping process. The buyer cannot delay delivery or pickup in any way.
For purchases that are within the scope of the above-mentioned products and can be returned, it is necessary to notify the seller by phone and/or e-mail within 7 (seven) days in order to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Due to systemic issues, items purchased from auctions and antiques cannot be returned. Furthermore, items specifically designed and manufactured to meet the buyer's specific needs and/or purchased through special orders cannot be returned. During certain periods, such as discounts, special offers, and special sales, items that cannot be returned may be offered for sale on the system. These items will be sold with a special notice stating "No Returns Possible," and the buyer must accept the non-return policy and complete their purchase.
For products that are eligible for return, the buyer may return the purchased product, provided it is unused and in good resalable condition. Returned products must also have undamaged labels and be returned complete.
For products that are notified to the seller within a 7 (seven) day period by exercising the right of withdrawal, the buyer must complete the return form and return the products within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the order, along with the invoice issued by the seller. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer, with the buyer paying for the return.
For returns, shipping costs will need to be covered by the buyer.
When the return cargo reaches the seller, the buyer will be notified via e-mail and/or SMS.
After the seller checks the compliance of the returned products with the return conditions provided by the buyer under appropriate conditions, the refunds for the accepted return requests will be transferred to the bank via EFT/money transfer or credit card, depending on the type of payment, within 10 (ten) business days.
The refund process for a credit card depends on the bank involved. It can take an average of two (2) weeks for the credit card payment to be reflected in the recipient's bank account.
Since seherayral.com is not responsible for the process after the refunded amount is transferred to the bank in purchases made by credit card, the seller has no right, opportunity or responsibility to intervene in any problems that may occur.
