Ayral, who started her education at Malatya Girls Art Institute, later graduated from Girls Teachers School and worked as a teacher for many years. During her teaching years, she contributed to the younger generations as an educator in the field of art and culture, and was constantly introduced to art and events. After retiring from teaching in 1989, she turned a new page in her own art by becoming an art collector, designer and producer.

Seher Ayral interprets art with interrupted productions that intertwine modernity and tradition. More than 2,500 original works in her collection contain special originality inspired by Anatolian cultural production and offer this richness to art lovers. In Ayral's designs, the desire to keep Anatolian handicrafts alive comes to the fore. Along with these, Seher Ayral's social responsibility projects also form an important part. She supports girls who cannot receive education due to financial difficulties and teaches them handicrafts.
