Antique Tray / Showcase Cloth, Ecru Silk

It is a work made entirely by hand in the 1930s.
Unused, undamaged, usable and/or collectible.
It was worked on ecru - crepe silk fabric.
The four sides of the fabric are made of double-sided antique openwork by drawing wire.
Motifs in the style of susma were embroidered on the inside of the openwork, in the four corners and between the openwork, using silk ecru thread.
Sections were made between the motifs using the Antep work technique.
The four sides of the work were made antique with a very elegant mastery using wire and silk thread.
The work has been prepared for different purposes such as tray cover and display cover.
It is suitable for multi-purpose use.
