Antique-Looking Ottoman Copper Rice Bowl and Serving Plate, this piece was produced in Gaziantep in the 1980s using traditional craftsmanship techniques from the Ottoman period. This rare piece, made exclusively for Galeri El Sanatları by the most famous coppersmith of the region, is a masterful example of Ottoman coppersmithing art and aesthetics.

Material and Technique: Material: Solid (seamless) copper
Workmanship: Hand-patterned with a hammer and steel burin. The outer surface of the lid is niello (black enamel filled), the inside is tinned. The plate is also tinned.
