Vintage Silver Thread Prayer Rug, Completely Handcrafted
Product Details:
- It is a work produced by assembling the motif, which was hand-embroidered in the 1990s at the Seher AYRAL Gallery Handicrafts Workshop, onto dark blue silk atlas satin fabric in 2022.
- Unused, carefully preserved as is; suitable for use, undamaged; can be a collector's item and/or can be used.
- The gold-embroidered pattern is placed on the edges and upper mihrab of the prayer rug on dark blue silk satin, and embossed with gold glitter using hand-made molds.
- After the same color satin fabric was fibered and quilted on the underside of the prayer rug, it was mounted to the work using the hand-stitching technique and the edges were cleaned by hand.
- A hand-twisted cord with gold glitter is placed on the front of the work.
- It is 100% handmade.

Directions for Use: Can be dry cleaned or gently wiped with a soapy damp cloth. Ironing can be done from the back of the work at low temperature, avoiding contact with the motifs.
