Blend of Turkish Motifs with Time – Elegance Inspired by Environmental Coverings Seher Ayral was inspired by old environmental covers when designing this work. Colorful laundry silk and gold glitter combined with the warm texture of natural linen gave the motifs a nostalgic atmosphere. The delicate embroidery used in the edge details and the care in the corner works reflected the passion for preserving and keeping alive the artistic understanding from the past. "Blending of Turkish Motifs with Time" is a work that proves that Turkish handicrafts stand out not only with an aesthetic expression but also with the power to establish a cultural bond. In each texture, a story is hidden that carries the traces of the past to the future.
Product Details: It was prepared in the 1990s at Seher Ayral Handicrafts Workshop, by meticulously applying traditional Turkish embroidery techniques. Natural colored linen interlining creates a basis that highlights the naturalness and texture of traditional motifs. In the hoop, a detailed composition is embroidered with colored laundry silk and gold glitter, using all the techniques of Turkish embroidery (Chinese needle, diagonal pesent, wrap, liver pierced, cat ladder). The entire perimeter of the motifs is elegantly framed with gold glitter; this touch reflects the elegance of the past. The edges are hand-processed, and the corner details are meticulously prepared. This unique work is a product of art produced with 100% hand workmanship.
