SEHERAYRAL.COM RETURN CONDITIONS

The buyer has the right to withdraw without having to give any reason within 7 (seven) days from the delivery of the contractual product to him/her or to the person/organization at the address he/she has indicated. However, works purchased from auctions held within seherayral.com, works in the antique category, products purchased with personalized designs and special orders are excluded from this scope. In purchases within the aforementioned scope, there is no exchange or return of the product; the buyer accepts these terms and makes the purchase.

Products in stock are shipped within 3 - 7 (three - seven) business days after purchase. Personalized design and special order products will have a different shipping process. The buyer cannot delay the delivery or collection time in any way.

For purchases that are within the scope of the above-mentioned products and can be returned, it is mandatory to notify the seller by phone or e-mail within 7 (seven) days in order to exercise the right of withdrawal.

It is not possible to return works purchased from auctions and antiques due to system operation. In addition, products that are specially designed and produced according to the buyer's requests and/or purchased through special orders are not possible to return. In some periods such as discounts, opportunities, and special sales, products that cannot be returned may also be offered for sale in the system. These products will be sold with a special notification to the buyer with the phrase "cannot be returned" and the buyer will accept the condition of not being able to return and make their purchase. Apart from these, for products that can be returned; the buyer will be able to return the product they purchased, provided that the product has not lost its resalability and has not been used. The labels of the returned products must not be damaged and the product must be sent back completely.

For products that are notified to be returned to the seller within 7 (seven) days by exercising the right of withdrawal, the buyer must fill out the return form and return the products together with the invoice issued by the seller within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the order. Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the buyer with a fee.

For returns, shipping costs will need to be covered by the buyer.

When the return cargo reaches the seller, the buyer will be informed via e-mail and/or SMS.

After the seller checks the compliance of the products returned by the buyer under appropriate conditions with the return conditions, the refunds for the accepted return requests will be transferred to the bank via EFT/money transfer or credit card, depending on the type of payment, within 10 (ten) business days. The refund process made to the credit card depends on the relevant bank. It may take an average of 2 (two) weeks for the payment transferred to the credit card to be reflected in the buyer's bank account. Since seherayral.com is not responsible for the process after the refunded amount is transferred to the bank in purchases made with a credit card, the seller has no right, opportunity or responsibility to intervene in any problems that may occur.
