Work Details:
This unique work, in which the approximately 70-year-old antique kolberli pattern is machine-embroidered in lace form, is meticulously mounted on a 31 cm diameter wooden hoop wrapped with silver lame ribbon. The "human silhouette embracing the sun" in the center of the lace surface is emphasized with colorful threads and gains a striking depth of meaning.
The central figure is surrounded by hand-crocheted blue beaded lace, creating a holistic energy composition. This ancient form refers to a spiritual union that greets Mother Earth.
