Fisto Souvenir – Handmade Necklace with Multicolored Floss and Maraş Work Details

Artwork Details:
This unique necklace is entirely handmade, crafted by shaping bias-cut pieces from the edges of white eyelet fabric with margazet (poplin) fabric. The main body is formed by combining multicolored silk floss threads, creating a cord using knotting and tying techniques.

At the center of the necklace is a floral pendant created with the handcrafted Maraş embroidery technique. This section is embellished with gold and silver tinsel, pearls, and lead details, and further shaped with crocheted bias forms to ensure design integrity.

Bringing together different traditional handicraft techniques, this design is both an artistic and a collectible accessory.
